We would like to welcome our newest member of staff Mr. Jonathan Tilling. He will be based at the Llandudno branch and employed as our Quantity Surveyor but will also be involved in many other aspects of the business.

We have been awarded the £80,000 McCarthy & Stone contract to erect scaffolding for the building of residential retirement homes on Gloddaeth Street, Llandudno.

We have also been awarded 3 Watkin Jones Homes contracts for scaffolding residential properties across Bangor and Caernarfon worth £350,000

Ysbyty Ifan, Snowdonia

A designed temporary roof over a concrete encased reservoir at Ysbyty Ifan, in Snowdonia, for Stonbury Ltd. The client is Welsh Water. The scaffolding package includes the supply of design drawings and calculations, the erect and dismantle of the temporary roof and the weekly scaffolding inspections. The scaffolding will allow the customer to complete a full refurbishment and painting of the reservoir lid. The scaffolding is specifically designed to cope with extreme winds and adverse weather conditions. We are using the UBIX temporary roof system because of the speed and ease of erection and the high level of weather protection it provides.
